Will Cason Is the VP of Human Resources for St. Rita’s Medical Center. Will was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio, and a graduate of Scott High School. In 1975 Will received his master’s degree in Human Resource Management when he graduated from US Air Force. Will joined Mercy Health Partners in 1991 after a career in the US AIR Force. Will’s healthcare career began at Toledo’s St. Charles and the former Mercy Hospital. Will came to Lima as the St. Rita’s Medical Center’s Human Resources Director in 1995 and was promoted to VP of Human Resources in 2005.
Will is a member of the Healthcare Roundtable and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Will has been actively involved in a number of local community boards and was recently approved as the new Board President for the Bradfield Community Center Board of Directors. |

Jessie PopeIs a native of Huntsville, Alabama and was educated in the Huntsville City Public Schools and graduated from Huntsville High School in 1967. He then attended Alabama A & M University from 1967 to 1968 and was later drafted into the United States Army. Following intensive training at Fort Benning Georgia and Fort Sam Houston Texas, he served his country in South Vietnam and received an Honorable Discharge in 1971. Jessie then earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and began his professional career in the Textile Industry with Milliken and Company as a Management Trainee in Industrial Engineering. In 1977, he accepted the position of Senior Industrial Engineer at Westinghouse Aerospace Division in Lima, Ohio.

In 1982, he received a Masters of Arts degree in Business and Industrial Management from Central Michigan University and accepted a position with Cooper Tire and Rubber Company in Findlay, Ohio and later became Manager of Industrial Engineering. He retired from Cooper Tire In December of 2009. Jessie also continued his military service retiring from the United States Air force Reserves with twenty two years of service. Jessie serves and has served on the board of several professional and charitable organization, including past President and is presently a Board Member of Bradfield Community Center. He serves as Scholarship Chairman, for his fraternity that awards a scholarship each year to a high school student. He attends New Life Church International and is a supporter of the Men’s Ministry. He loves golf, travel and supporting youth activities. Jessie is married to (Pauline) a retired school administrator. They have one daughter (Patekka) and a grandson (Cranston).

Mary WilliamsonBorn and raised in Lima Ohio. As an entrepreneur and community person Mary has set on boards of several non-profits and committees. She believes in giving back to her community and is an advocate in the City of Lima. Mary attended the local Lima City Schools and is a member of Fourth St Baptist Church. Mary is a licensed travel agent and is the owner and operator of World Global Travel LLC.

James L. FordVice President of Bradfield Community Association Board of Director since 2012. He is retired from Dominion East Ohio Gas Company where he had 16 years of service. During his tenure, he was the Co-Chair Ohio Diversity Council. James severed in the United State Armed Services for twenty-three years.
He is a members of Second Baptist Church and a member of the church choir. He also enjoys playing the rhythm guitar and is affiliated with Gospel Music groups. The education and training James Has received throughout his career paths has allowed him the ability to interact with people of diverse background which led him to get involved with Bradfield Community Center |
Emmanuel CurtisWas born and raised in Lima, OH. He was a 1996 Lima Senior High graduate. He is currently employed by the Lima City Schools (7yrs) and Allen County Juvenile Courts (16yrs). Emmanuel is a facilitator in the CTAG Program within the Lima City Schools where he also coaches basketball, and track and field.
Emmanuel's passion is serving Lima's youth and community. He is committed to his calling and has been dedicated to it his entire adult life. He has served on and led many committees and initiative over the years. It is with great pride that Emmanuel serves on the Bradfield Community Association Board of Trustees. He is committed to do whatever necessary to be sure that Bradfield is an available and effective service to the advancement of the Lima-Allen County community. |
